Symptoms of Ascension

I realize that we all go through changes as we age mostly due to our belief that we will but we are also going through changes that are due to the changing energy levels in our solar system and on earth, the ascension process. Some of the symptoms I have been experiencing with no apparent cause are:
aches and pains
migraines
mood shifts
fatigue
sudden adverse reaction to alcohol (even small amounts)
Intense energy surges like you are in a stadium with thousands of people but you are alone
I can hear/feel the sun buzzing just before it rises ( I know, weird)
Vibrating and buzzing in fingers and feet
Muscle twitches/spasms
Astral being visitation (Spirit Guide?)
If anyone else is experiencing these things please, let's hear about it.
